What kind of ads are served by ADSDAQ?
ADSDAQ serves primarly graphical and text ads. Sometimes ADSDAQ will also serve rich media and expandable ads.
Can I work with ADSDAQ and Google AdSense?
Yes, our AskPrice technology relies on you working with Ad Networks to make money most effectively. The Google AdSense terms and conditions do not have any exclusivity terms that prevent you from using ADSDAQ either; they simply say "Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads cannot be confused with Google ads."
Since all Google ads have the label "Ads by Google", and ADSDAQ ads obviously don't have this label; we don't conflict with the AdSense Competitive Ads and Services provisions.
See the "Competitive Ads and Services" section of the May 2007 updated AdSense Program policies for this specific section:

What is ContextWeb In-text Advertising?
ContextWeb In-text Advertising offers publishers another revenue source from content without requiring additional tags, integration or layout redesign. Publishers participating in the In-text program will see specific keywords double underlined within their content. Upon mouse-over of the keyword, the end-user will have the option to see and click on ads.
How do I participate in ContextWeb In-text Advertising?
Currently, publishers in the self serve ADSDAQ Exchange Selling Desk will be able to participate in the program starting March 31, 2009. No additional tagging or integration is necessary.
How do I get paid for ContextWeb In-text ads?
ContextWeb In-text ads are offered on a CPC "AskPrice" - publishers can name the CPC (cost-per-click) they want to receive. If the ADSDAQ Exchange does not have an In-text ad available at the CPC AskPrice, no ad will be served. The default CPC Ask price is set at $0.05. We recommend you only consider changing the AskPrice after two weeks of experience so you have a basis of revenue comparison at a revised higher or lower price. All price changes will take up to 24 hours to take effect.
How do I opt in or opt out of ContextWeb In-text ads?
Self Serve Publishers on the ADSDAQ Exchange Selling Desk will automatically serve In-text ads on March 31, 2009. You will have the ability to opt-out of In-text ads starting March 25, 2009 and at any time thereafter. To opt-out of In-text ads there are two options. First option: go to the manage tab in the portal on the account management report, locate the In-text ad line and change the "active" status by removing the check mark, or you can choose option two located in the my account section. Select the account settings tab and uncheck the option to serve In-text ads. Note: In-text ads are served at the account level, therefore, publishers are not able to control In-text display at the adtag or adgroup level(s). In addition, In-text ads are served on all contextualized US inventory.

Will the payment for the revenue I generate from In-text ads be paid to me in the same process used for my banner ads (EFT versus check, etc)?
Payments are paid once your account has reached the $50 minimum and is paid via the payment method associated with your account. All earnings for In-text and banner ads will be rolled into one payment and are paid net 30 days.
Will the revenue from the In-text ads be part of the minimum $50 I need to generate in order to get paid?
